Positive: Small room, but is decently cleaned and there is everything you need for a good stay. The shower works great, even if the temp knob was very stiff. Mattress has seen better days, but was still decent. Room temp is decent. I live on a very busy road, so I'm not afraid to keep the window open and have some external noises. Although they said I would have received only one standard clean towel for my stay, I actually had 2 big towels and 2 standard, so I don't know how will be your experience. Zone is well served from trains and buses. p.s. Be aware that I booked in the end of June, and prices were way lower of what you would have paid booking in July or August.
Negative: The window opening was full of spiderwebs. I cleaned it by myself...but I kinda regret it. During night hours there are a lot of moths and bugs entering the window, if you have lights on. So, spiderwebs could have worked as nets :D Only one toilet paper roll provided. You have to buy others in stores. No bin in the room. I was a little confused on where to leave my trash. Some similar structures ask you to leave in the kitchen area, but I ended leaving it in a couple of bags in my room. Zone is well served by public transports, but is not great, as every suburban zone of every big city.
Summary: Very good stay for that price.
